CLEVELAND, OH, April 8, 2005 – Merrymeeting®, Inc. (MMI) has entered into a preferred service agreement with Sunbelt® Business Advisors, LLC to assist its Frontier Adjusters®, ProSpection® and Maids to Order® franchisees with the resale of their franchised businesses.

MMI franchisees are under no obligation to use Sunbelt, or any other business broker, when they decide to resell their franchise.  However, Sunbelt’s experience with price setting, advertising, negotiating and managing legal details can help franchisees maximize the value of their businesses.
