MMI Franchise Development Services (FDS) is an affiliate of Merrymeeting, Inc (MMI). MMI is an investment company that is exclusively focused on investing in, and developing, franchised brands. MMI currently owns and operates 4 franchise systems with approximately 1,200 franchised locations in 32 countries.

As an affiliate of MMI, FDS provides management services to MMI’s 4 wholly owned franchise systems, as well as third-party franchisors. Our blend of franchising expertise and business accumen, combined with our access to distribution channels and capital, make us unique in the franchisor services industry. Some companies can help you with technology, others can help with sales...but we're the only firm who can do it all.

Our services are available on an ala carte or package basis. Each engagement begins with an analysis of your existing operations and the preparation of a management summary report with concrete recommendations. From there, you may choose to retain us as your partner to execute the recommended sales, marketing, compliance and/or technology impovements.

In select instances, we may mutually decide to expand our business partnership and FDS can become a minority or majority stakeholder in your franchise system, giving you access to the necessary capital to take your franchise to the next level.
