Who We Are
MMI Franchise Development Services (FDS) is an affiliate of Merrymeeting, Inc (MMI). MMI is an investment company that is exclusively focused on investing in, and developing, franchised brands. MMI currently owns and operates 4 franchise systems with approximately 1,200 franchised locations in 32 countries. Our services are available on an ala carte or package basis. Each engagement begins with an analysis of your existing operations and the preparation of a management summary report with concrete recommendations. From there, you may choose to retain us as your partner to execute the recommended sales, marketing, compliance and/or technology impovements.
